Beginner Vinyasa/Back Care Yoga
Description:
This is a beginner level yoga class that includes an introduction to yoga poses, the different breathing techniques, and the basics of meditation. We will focus on poses that open and relieve back pain.
Beginner Vinyasa

Intermediate Vinyasa
Description:
This mixed level class will be accessible to all students except for beginners. Anyone taking this class must have a working knowledge of the poses, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. Students must also have a working knowledge of Sanskrit.
Advanced Vinyasa
Description:
This is an advanced yoga class that a student must have at least a year of consistent practice under their belt to participate, or permission of the owner. In this class there will be advanced asanas (poses), deep breathing techniques, more advanced inversions, and a deeper level and awareness to their practice.
All Levels Vinyasa
Description:
In this class you will have already taken beginner level classes. This class will focus on linking the breath to flow from pose to pose. Vinyasa flow will be moderately paced. Modifications and options will be offered to accommodate for all levels of students.
Kripala Mixed/Intermediate Yoga
Description:
This mixed level class will be accessible to all students except for beginners. Anyone taking this class must have a working knowledge of the poses, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. Students must also have a working knowledge of Sanskrit.
Zumba
Description:
This is a high pace cardio class that incorporates all types of latin dance moves. The class is accessible to all types of movers, and is a really fun way to raise your heart rate.
Pilates Intro
Description:
In this class we utilize and introduce all of the principles of pilates; core control, pilates breathing, shoulder girdle stabilization, axial elongation, and spinal articulation, in order to build flexibility, strength and leaner core muscles.
Pilates Mat
Description:
In this class you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates; including, core engagement, pilates breathing, shoulder girdle organization, and spinal articulation, etc. This class will help you build overall body strength and flatter more toned abdominals.
Pilates I
Description:
In this class we utilize all of the principles of pilates like; core control, spinal articulation, shoulder girdle stability to strengthen and elongate all of the muscles, and build stronger leaner abdominals.
Pilates I/II
Description:
In this class you will review the principles, and be familiar with all of the level 1 syllabus. You will have a good handle on your breathing and core control, and will be introduced to some level 2 movements.
Pilates II/III
Description:
An advanced level class that you need your level two Allegro class trainings to be eligible for this class. You already need a basis on the breathing and the principles.

Chair Yoga
Description:
This class uses a chair to support poses that strengthen the body, and improve flexibility. The class starts off with deep breathing than proceeds to take poses in a seated position, and works up to standing an balancing poses using the chair for support. Each class ends with a deep relaxation meditation.
Beginner/ Mixed Level Gentle Flow
Description:
This class will be appropriate for beginner and beginner intermediate students. In this gentle flow there will be more variations and modifications given with the use of props.
Pre-natal yoga
Description:
In this class you will be learning how to modify your yoga practice for your pregnancy. We will go over the different poses that are appropriate for each trimester, and the poses that are beneficial and restorative throughout. Appropriate for all trimesters.
