Belly Dancing

This is a cardio dance class that uses the a mix of traditional and modern belly dancing moves, that tone the abdominals, tighten the glutes, stretch and tone the legs, and arms. Each class starts with a warm-up, then goes throw the different movements, and ends with a choreographed routine.

Latin Dance

This is a cardio dance class that put together the basics of salsa, cha-cha, meringue, and mambo to get the heart-rate soaring. The class begins with a stretch to warm-up all of the muscles, then proceeds to a reviewing the basic moves, and putting it all together to a modern and fun cardio dance routine.

Ballroom Dance

Ballroom Dance is a form of Partner Dance that involves one person leading, and the other person following. It can be broken into two categories of American and International style. Andrew and Melissa teach both Smooth and Rhythm dances of American style ballroom that includes Waltz, Foxtrot, Foxy, Salsa, Meringue, Mambo, Tango, Samba and the Cha Cha.
